Armory - loadout import

When merged this pull request will:

• Add a button to allow the importing of loadouts. ~~This will allow someone to make a loadout in the arsenal, copy it to clipboard and then import it here.~~ Make fancy UI thing as described in the todo list

• [ ] Make new listbox page that is populated with ACE Arsenal loadouts and figure out how to use/add a take button
• [ ] Improve error messages (get displayName, maybe add an image of the missing item)
• [ ] Move strings into stringtable
• [ ] JJ standards
• [ ] Test extensively
