Fix reputationchecker domain

Description

The "Reputation checker" feature accepts an "URL" as an entry but doesn't work with it.

Does this fix a known existing bug under Issues?

This fix modify the 'Reputation checker' so that it accepts a domain name (instead of a URL) and also fixes the whois request so that it cans work with domain name
