Day 13 regression - screen shows all black pixels

Hello again!

I've been typing along with both shows, and I've got to the end of day 13. It looks like the final code leaves us in a state where the screen is black, meaning green and blue channels look like they are defaulting to 0.

I've tried replacing each relevant function with copy pasted versions from yours and Casey's codebase, and copying both sets of code wholesale, making the necessary variable casing changes, but there is still an issue.

I've got a private repository showing the issue, but as it contains Casey's code it makes it a little difficult show you. If I can crack what the problem is I'll throw in a PR, but nothing is coming up just yet. I'm sure following along with the series will fix this, so no rush.

I'm bringing it up as i think this is unexpected, as Casey's platform layer looks like it doesn't have this regression at this point.
