My Steam Library is a mess and I need help. My only problem is that I cannot run the software, due to the fact that my computer is retarded and won't run .Net Framework. My request is to change it to something not .Net Framework related.

This is unlikely for any developer to do - your broken computer is not worth hundreds of hours of work rewriting everything in a new language, testing it, etc.
