More customable sorting with h2h

Some of football assocations rules has different sorting when 2 or more teams have a tie on points

Is it possible to change the general order for sorting?

1. points
2. if there is still a tie, compare points in head-to-head
3. If there is still a tie, compare goals for in head-to-head
4. If there is still a tie, compare goal difference
5. If there is still a tie, compare goals for

Or to make it somehow customable, because in every league can be different rules for sorting
