Flexbox for responsive tables

Hey there,

I'm testing out the latest version (2.5.6) and noticed that in some cases the new responsive tables are displayed with layout issues, for example http://take.ms/SwuRs (similar happens with TwentySeventeen and Rookie theme).

But if you add flexbox for the

tag for mobile devices and remove absolute positioning from td::before everything looks much better http://take.ms/eodurD
