Wraith are unbalanced

I am currently playing in 1.19.2, and wraith are unbalanced, their spawn rate is very very high, and their awareness is also high, and since the "fire" one shot even in full diamond armor, they are a pain to deal with. I think either lowering their spawn rate or making the fire more forgiving in term of damage would work.
