[feature] Odin bindings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, there is no web sockets library for the Odin language.

Describe the solution you'd like I wrote this project which adds bindings to this library.

Additional context Maybe add a link to my project in the README if you find it interesting or useful

Hi @saenai255, Thanks for the suggestion, maybe I should add a section on the README for 3rd party projects that uses wsServer in some way.
