This can convert ubisoft raki adpc from format that are avaliable in vgmstream?

VGAudio is currently unable to read or write files in this format. Someone might add the functionality in the future, but there are other priorities at the moment.

Ok, by the way can you help me? I want to convert it manually. Converting my audio to ms adpcm an then rebuild the raki header using vgmstream code avaliable here: https://github.com/kode54/vgmstream/blob/master/src/meta/ubi_raki.c But I dont know rebuild the raki header

Sorry, I don't have the spare time to be able to help you right now. It's possible that I'll take a look at the format in the future.
