Suggestion: Mounting?

This might be out of scope, but could support for mounting files be added? So files can be accessed without taking up extra space on the hard drive).

What exactly do you mean by "mounting"?

Make the contents of containers accessible as virtual drives or folders. Like 3ds-fuse does for 3DS containers and wincdemu does for disc images.

That is out-of-scope for this project. Adding that would probably require some sort of OS-specific code.

The recently added IFileSystem interface makes the coding needed for mounting the file systems much easier to do. This project has a Dokan driver in development for use with LibHac
