Refactor the DEB/RPM linux releases into separated engine and assets packages
Right now, there are DEB and RPM releases include both engine and assets. That causes an installation of multiple copies of the same engine. That can be optimised by making the next thing:
- separated engine-only DEB/RPM pacakge, will depend on architecture
- no-arch packages that contains assets, Desktop icons, and bash-written overlays that runs the game with supplying installed assets paths and user directories.
