Npc activate event triggers before generator is done warping in the enemy.
Describe the issue
When an npc is a generator with the generator type pipe they trigger the activate event before they are done warping out of the pipe fully, this means if the event toggles the layer they are on they get hidden in transition.

I am trying to make a z2 leaver enemy which is actually a bully warp up from the ground when all them are killed on a layer.
