Ability to set bottom padding on the emoji scroll view (modal)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We want our modal to be flush with the bottom of the screen (not just safe area) and would like to see the emojis in the bottom inset until you scroll them up.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of just setting bottom padding on the container (which would make the scroll get cut off visually) I would love to be able to add bottom padding to the scroll itself so that it appears at the bottom of the scroll.
