Documentation Site: Change "CrankShaft" in banner to use this logo

We need to swap out the text that says CrankShaft with the logo in the documentation site, if you know how, go for it! https://github.com/TheWebTech/CrankShaft/blob/master/logos/SVG/crankshaft-horz.svg

If you don't know how and want to give it a go.

The site is using github pages, all the files are in /docs of this repo.

github pages uses Jekyll I don't know how to make this change myself, so you may need to do some research.
