Dissolve HS boilerplate into CrankShaft folder files

All important parts of the HS boilerplate are to move into the CrankShaft structure. This is really an amalgamation of several smaller tasks.

The goal is to eventually be able to delete this file completely. Keep it around until all important parts have been moved, that way we can easily access it for reference.
