本地也出现了这个问题，描述为RemoteResources能够登陆但是本地创建失效，尝试后发现是VSCode没有工作区，进入一个文件夹再打开就好了

not same issue, my error code is 404, and i change the llm to `gpt-3.5-turbo-0613` then it works

what's the llm you used, i found the same issue, when i changed the llm to `gpt-3.5-turbo-0613` then it worked
