[BUG] Grafana has failed to load its application files

Describe the bug Grafana charts not working. Local. Blue /yellow message: "...Grafana has failed to load its applications files..."

To Reproduce Grafana charts on both VIS (iobroker) and Habpanel fails to load. Both same behavior with errormessage. On Android Opera, Grafana charts are working fine! - (VIS & Habpanel). Everything is running local on Rpi 4.
