[BUG] "Open on Device Boot" Not Working

Open GazAt105 opened this issue 3 years ago • 3 comments

I have sideloaded the app (I couldn't find it in Google Play) and when I set the "Open on Device Boot" option is does not work for me. I had version v0.9.5 installed previously and this option was working ok then.

To Reproduce In settings turn on the option "Open on Device Boot". Reboot device. On restart Wallpanel does not start it has to be started manually.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Lenovo E8 Tablet
  • OS: Android 7.0
  • Application version: v0.10.0 Build 1

autostart after device boot works fine on all my panels with all new versions of TimeWalker, all sideloaded, as I dont have any google or amazon account on my pannels active.

But I have an issue with the MQTT, after start up the wifi connection is to slow to be ready when the MQTT tries to connect, so it fails, and wont recover from it even if the connection to the server is available later on and it starts loading the kisok page...

I use a stock nexus 7 lineageos nexus 9 firetablet 10.7 (7th gen) (two) firetablet 10.9 (9th gen)

Same issue for me, I have it set to Open On Device Boot, but doesn't start up after I reboot.

Not logged onto any Google accounts, Developer Mode is enabled, but haven't done anything with it yet. Not rooted, etc.
