[FEATURE] Screen brightness control based on camera brightness

Your feature request. Please describe. What is the feature, why is it valuable to the community or application?

Would be great to have the ability to have the brightness controlled based on the brightness from the camera similar to the google nest hub where when the room is dark the display is dimmed all the way off.

3 steps in brightness that are each configurable would be good (bright, normal and dark room)

NOTE We get many feature requests, each feature requires community support and also development time. Features that have no community support are not considered. If you are not contributing to the feature, then the feature may not happen.
