[BUG]Live camera card, display never turns off

Describe the bug Since HA 2024.11 (WebRTC was introduced) live camera card keeps the tablet display always on. After removing the card or setting it to refreshing picture display goes back to sleep after 30 sec of inactivity (as set).

To Reproduce Add camera cart to the dashboard with camera view live.
