[BUG] Launching settings via MQTT bypasses pin code

Describe the bug Not actually sure if this is a bug or desired functionality, but launching settings via MQTT bypasses the pin code set in settings. If this is intended, feel free to close.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set a pin code for settings.
2. Send settings: true command via MQTT to device.
