Re-add Noxinfluencer

Noxinfluencer appears to have been locked behind a login-wall for several months now. I would still like to keep it in, though. Maybe authenticating via cookies could work.

The system should be that if https://www.noxinfluencer.com/youtube/video-analytics/{id} returns with 200 note as Available and link it and 404 as Not Available. The search engine is locked behind a login-wall but if you have the direct link it's fine.

@JaxonPlays Unfortunately, while I did have that system for awhile, I eventually got blocked by Cloudflare.

Wasn't aware that the direct URLs were accessible, though, thanks!
