Add Bing metadata

Bing caches some video metadata/thumbnails/clips/chapter data as well as channel video lists for their search engine. For a specific video, perform a video search with url: prepended to the query, for example url:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNQXAC9IVRw. Not all data is displayed in the user interface; some additional data is also available via the API.
