found this by searching for "8000" in github search: https://github.com/internetarchive/brozzler/blob/master/brozzler/dashboard/__init__.py#L47 so you can set the environment variable DASHBOARD_PORT to change it

@ato I get "Bean name 'cookieStore' is already used in this element" when trying that.
