Twice does not start, only with setup.exe

Environment

• Twice version: 0.10.3
• Windows version: Windows 10

The problem

I just wanted to start Twice, but it doesn't start at all. I deleted all files I could find concerning Twice, but a new installation didn't help. Only if I use the setup.exe I downloaded the program starts as expected. Every time I try to start the program over the Twice.exe, a new dump file is created in "%appdata%/Local/CrashDumps", maybe it can help you to find the problem?
