Add survey support

It would be nice to have a survey support. This could be done in a few steps I guess:

1. Show the user, that this tweet is a survey, so he could go to twitter.com to look at it
2. Show the user the survey and enable him to vote
3. Create surveys from within Twice

This is just a suggestion, but at least step 1 would be really helpful!

1+2: Unfortunately there is no way to check if a tweet contains a survey or not. The public API doesn't have any fields for this 3: The API doesn't offer an endpoint for creating surveys either

However as soon (probably more an if question) as the public API will offer this, I'll add this
