Moving the retaliation option from the settings to the Game Command Bar

It's being toggled a lot, but you always have to open the settings to change it. It could be a nice addition to move it to the Command Bar, where the General Powers and lowering the Command Bar buttons are located.

I agree with that. It is a gameplay mechanic that does not need to be exclusive to the Options Menu. Requires code changes.
