Bug: Nuke General Challenge - Nuclear Missile timer is 12 minutes for the player's nukes
The 12 minutes timer should only apply to Tao's Nukes, not the player as Scud Storms and Particle Cannon charge timer is unchanged.
One way of fixing it is by using scripts to set the nukes timer instead of map.ini.
I know that this doesn't affect other factions/generals, only other China, but still - I don't think it is bad or needs fixing. It would be stupid if Nuke has his long-ass timers, while Player rushes the Nuke and launches it with 2-3 minutes to spare... To me, the biggest issue of that challenge is that Nuke doesn't re-build - now that's a real issue that makes that challenge too easy.
I've set the timer to 9 minutes so it works both ways)
