the file is at "Data\English\Art\Textures\mainmenubackdropuserinterface.tga" (it's missing in ZH, so it just inheriting it from original generals)

You can use this screenshot I did, it looks good to me at least.

Original needs to be replaced for sure because the quality is terrible, low res and stretched.

We need a widescreen fix first, I don't know how to do this. Currently you need to squeeze the image to 1600x1200, which then gets stretched again.
