Change the model of TechRepairPad

The current model of TechRepairPad is the same as USASupplyDropZone. This confuses players

not sure if I agree with changing this. as it's nice to have a a structure that looks like a supply drop zone but it doesn't actually give money and used for repairs, I used it in my custom map.

I find it to be completely worthless - just add a repair bay the same thing, it actually looks and works great!
