~~China Helix Napalm/Nuke Bomb~~ China Fire Storm does not give XP to host vehicle for kills. Affects Helix, Mig and Inferno Cannon.

Helix Nuke Bomb will give XP to Helix. The Napalm Bomb likely does too, but not the Napalm Fire Storm that creates the bulk of the damage.

Inferno Cannons and Migs cannot create Fire Storms on their own, so perhaps the Helix should be the only unit that can actually receive XP from the Fire Storm it can create.

Thoughts?

Likely requires Thyme feature to implement.

Seems logical, but maybe it would also work if the unit with the last shot before the firestorm was created is the one that gets the veterancy.

I don't like seeing attacks that don't grant xp for the attackers.
