Updated the commands to use tmomb directly in command prompt of windows.

Description

Earlier its not working in command prompt of windows, so I update the better procedure for running tbomb on windows , by specifying the full path and also add the method for simply using tbomb command for running tbomb package

First of all, TBomb.exe doesnt exist. It's written in pure Python.

I will check your PR to see if everything does work as it has to be :-)
