You put the wrong number format.
It should be as example look like this;
[ → ] Enter your country code (Without +): 49 [ → ] Enter the target number: (no +49 cuz you provided it before, continue after +49 here)
And german targets... could work, but it couldn't aswell. We are aware of that and thats why this list exists :)
