TBomb Add support for +55 Brazil

Any chance to adding support for +55 SMS/Call in Master? It could work fine by changing some call elements in the TBomb.py.

Thank you for the support, I managed to change some parts of the py script and also the json files, but now I see that is a little bit complicated :p still not works, I will try other ways to get this working. If I find the right path I will commit here :)
