Add test specifically for elasticsearch index

these tests will check that all the properties needed still exist when the index is updated. This will allow us to target quickly the issues like #280

Wish we had done this earlier ;-)

Let's do this as soon as we have the index in a stable state - I'll dig out some good records that should rarely change (for object, document, people etc.)
