CO2.0: Pull up 360/YouTube etc. 'enhancement' block

Similar to 'images' and 'on display' and 'details', pull up this block onto top of page is currently assigned to child record.

(ONLY NEED TO TACKLE ENHANCEMENTS FOR NOW)
