When I have format_on_save: true

it seems that the perfomance of my Sublime gets during days slower when I save files.

Honestly I have to say I installed the plugin on Sublime2 but maybe these issue occurs also on Sublime3.

OS: Win7 Professional, 64Bit

I'd be happy to accept a PR but unfortunately I'm not really doing active development on this anymore and don't have a windows box to test on.
