Proper list of individual parts to print for follower arm

Hi ! Thanks for the project, I have a question : can you provide a proper list of which stl files to print for the follower arm SO-Arm 101 in this folder : https://github.com/TheRobotStudio/SO-ARM100/tree/main/STL/SO101/Individual

I want to use a 3D printing provider but this section looks out-dated: https://github.com/TheRobotStudio/SO-ARM100/blob/main/3DPRINT.md

If you don't need to print parts individually, I suggest using one of the files in https://github.com/TheRobotStudio/SO-ARM100/blob/main/STL/SO101/Follower. These appear to contain all the parts laid out for printing. When I printed my parts on my Prusa MK4s, I had to reorient a few parts for better fit, but the default orientation of these two files seem acceptable.
