I wrote down what I know about PLA+ here.

You need to include the manufacturer's name for the PLA+ that you are using. PLA+ isn't a specific kind of plastic but is closer to a marketing term that denotes PLA plastic blends. Without the manufacturer, others will not be able to reproduce your results.
