Not enough space on disk Dev Mode?

Description

When I attempt to install via Xbox Device Portal, it installs 100% and then says:

Failure reason: Deployment Add operation with target volume D: on Package 48299IIP.P2IIP_22.10.8.0_x64__4808g7x8w4dkm from: (XBSX2.msix) failed with error 0x80070070. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=235160 for help diagnosing app deployment issues. Failure text: There is not enough space on the disk. (0x80070070)

I have many gigs available.

Expected behavior

Successful install of msix file

Actual behavior

Fails after 100%

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Attempt to install via Xbox Device Portal.
2. Receive failure notice.

Since setting up Dev Mode have you altered how much space you have allocated to it?

Not to my recollection. I looked at the available space on Dev Mode last night. It's at 10gb and I can't increase or decrease it despite it being on a slider that goes up to 24ish GB.
