Silent hill 2&3 graphical bugs

Description

In both games the whole screen flickers and you cant see a thing as if it was corrupted including the tittle screen in silent hill 2 (this is fixed in software mode )

Expected behavior

The game to work normally and as intended

no flickering with normal screen and textures

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open the game with default settings
2. And you will encounter when the KONAMI logo pops in

you sure you're not playing the HD remasters they made from old builds? Funny that they had beta and alpha builds but not the final...should have hired bluepoint.

I can confirm this issue, i was actually coming to submit it but ive been beaten to the punch so i make joke!

Haha yeah i cant even think how they lost the final builds of the id that they sadly own
