Importing old uPste install

Would it be possible to add a tool to transfer/migrate an old uPste install over to pste? Users and data included

Does the feature exist right now in pste? Does 0dcb5201dc57f6e03a5def7ee55db2345860a640 start the process? I've been wanting to move away from uPste for a while since PHP does not fare well with large file writing.
