Custom filters

Not sure how I'll create the UI for this. But the idea is to let the user manually enter a regex to be added to the list of filters

I like this. Also, if possible, add the option to export, import the custom filters. That could open the possibility to share them. E.g. A set of custom filters to clean whatsapp storage (pics, vids, audio, stickers in cache)
