Add duplicate file detection

It would be really handy if we had dublicate file detection for media files. It should only work for media files though. Like .png .jpeg .ogg .mp3 etc.

It should take a hash of the gprahical data and if it matches then detect it. System sounds and .svgs should be exvluded fron the checks as detecting those could lead to stuff breaking

Would it, really?.. I guess that's a real future path for LTE Cleaner, but this is a File Manager feature. For example, even the default "Files by Google" app has a duplicate finder, under Clean. IDK., just sayin'
