Ending ad panel shows up and waits for panel to timeout

I didn't see an error report specifically for those so I made a new one.
If this error is reported elsewhere, let me know so I can remove this post and not clutter "Issues".

Currently, I'm seeing ads showing the end panel with the "Skip ad" button showing on the right.
It sits on this screen until a timeout occurs (Upper right corner you can see the spinning timer thing. Marked in the above pic) and only then does the video continue.

Shouldn't the skip button be getting clicked as soon as it's available?

Like many others out there, I really appreciate all the work you've put into this, TheRealJoelmatic.
