How to put this in html?

I am using a chromebook, so there's not much I can do. So is there a way to fit all of the code in an html file (Example: index.html)

If you are using iOS, then it will not work. On computer or chromebook, you open index.html directly in your browser and it should work.

This is meant to be used on computer, not mobile.
