changing the packet size limits causes error?

Ok, I am getting it to work now however the default number I cannot change, for whatever reason upon boot of the server it always resets back to a certain number 16777216

can someone help me with this, the default number always resets whenever I try to change it, no matter what I do it just defaults back to specific number. Attached photo is from when I was messing with it, it refuses to stay with any number I insert in the default argument and just keeps going back to 16777216

I've had this issue as well when i've first installed it on my server. But after reverting back 1 version behind, rebooting, and then going to the same version seem to have fixed the problem. Maybe just try 1 restart without it and then reboot again with your modifications and the mod.
