Request for openai api key by calling sgpt with litellm resolved

Hello, I was working with shell_gpt then I realized that when I want to use it locally it asks for openai api key. this PR resolve that asking, if user decided to use openai models, sgpt asks for api key and save it in config path. thank you so much.
