Hi, I read the deetz and have a better appreciation for the power of SC. Can you consider adding a section to the documentation on authorization requirements in general and specific to the features of SC? Thanks for considering. SQLguy

SC was designed so that it can be usable by users with no special authorities/privileges. Ultimately, the only use cases where elevated authorities are needed would be :

• When submitting a job as another user
• When modifying the global configuration for SC
• When adding/modifying the system-wide service definitions

Will take a TODO to add an appropriate section to the doc and man page.
