[FEATURE-REQUEST] Zend Server OOB knowledge

Describe the solution you'd like

It'd be cool for Service Commander to know about Zend Server and ZendPHP "out of the box".

I would need someone's help from Perforce to contribute, as I don't have any product access or knowledge.
